The TYD rock splitter is mainly composed of hydraulic power pump pack and splitter gun, the power pump pack supplies ultra high pressure hydraulic oil to splitter gun, the cylinder of splitter gun can have dozens tons pushing forces, the cylinder drives wedge to expand sides, the expansionary force can be hundreds tons, so, it can divide object from inside. The structure of splitter contains mainly hydraulic station, oil hose, splitter gun and wedge etc.. Compare with traditional working method, it has the advantages: simple structure, easy operation, high working efficiency, low cost, safe, low energy an so on. It's suitable to the secondary breaking, and, it's a good device to replace secondary blasting or manual breaking.
