HHYD-1550B is a rechargeable two-stage hydraulic pipe crimping tool designed for DN15-DN50 pipeline connection, compatible with HHYD series pipe press tools. Adopting fully enclosed hydraulic structure, it delivers stable 5T crimping force with fast idle advance and variable-speed crimping, finishing one pipe joint within 5-8 seconds. The forged steel head supports 180° rotation, equipped with LED work light for dark construction sites. Built-in auto-reset pressure relief system, with manual reset button for emergency retraction. Powered by 18V 5.0Ah large-capacity lithium battery, it can complete 300 crimp cycles per full charge. Ergonomic anti-slip handle ensures comfortable long-hour operation. Standard dies comply with GB/T 19228 national standard, also matching Euro standard, ring press & clamp assembly molds. Widely applicable for stainless steel pipe, copper pipe, fire carbon steel pipe and aluminum plastic pipe in plumbing, fire protection and heating engineering.
