1. Quality Defect Warranty

We provide replacement service for manufacturing defects within 30 days upon receipt of goods. If you receive damaged frames, cracked lenses, defective headbands or other factory quality problems caused before shipment, please offer clear photos/videos for verification, we will arrange free reshipment or partial refund accordingly.

2. Non-warranty Scope

The following conditions are not covered by free after-sales service:

• Damage caused by improper operation, falling, collision, artificial scratch;

• Lens wear, yellowing and aging from long-term high-temperature welding working environment;

• Loss, missing accessories and damage due to improper storage;

• Damage caused during international logistics rough handling (we can assist you to file claim with courier company).

3. Logistics & Complaint Support

If goods are lost or severely damaged upon arrival, contact us within 7 days after signing for the parcel. We will cooperate fully to solve logistics disputes.
