TYD-KS Series Double-Acting Hollow Plunger Hydraulic Jacks adopt through hollow plunger and dual hydraulic circuit structure. It can generate pushing force for lifting when extending outward, and pulling force for tensioning & extraction when retracting inward, supporting both push and pull work. Retraction is driven by hydraulic pressure, featuring fast return stroke and much higher working efficiency than single-acting hollow cylinders. The cylinder barrel is manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with premium heat treatment and precision machining by imported CNC lathes, drilling and grinding machines. The anti-corrosion surface coating, imported sealing kits and dust-proof structure deliver excellent wear resistance, leak-proof performance and long service life. All models are equipped with NPT 3/8” male high-pressure connectors and dust caps on both ends. The heat-treated plunger head requires no saddle seat. Compatible with double-circuit electric hydraulic pump stations, it is widely applied in prestressed tensioning, bearing disassembly, pin shaft extraction, bolt tightening, bridge anchor cable tensioning and other operations needing bidirectional push & pull force.

  • Every cylinder is fitted with NPT 3/8” male high-pressure connector and dust cap to protect thread fittings from dirt and impact damage.

  • The plunger head is hardened via heat treatment for high hardness and anti-slip property; no saddle seat is needed during lifting work.
