On July 25th, Mr. Hamza Rasheed, International Business Director of Peak Energy Solutions in the UK, led a technical team to visit Wuhan Tianyuda Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., focusing on inspecting industrial-grade bolt tightening solutions such as hydraulic wrenches and electric torque wrenches. Ms. Jiang from the Foreign Trade Department, who is also the sales manager of Tianyuda, accompanied the team throughout the visit. Both parties reached a strategic consensus on the joint development of special tools for new energy equipment.

1. Verification of hydraulic wrench production line

During the visit to the fully automated calibration workshop, Mr. Hamza Rasheed personally tested the performance of Tianyuda's new generation 10000Nm ultra-high pressure hydraulic wrench in a simulated wind turbine flange tightening scenario. The error rate of this product is controlled within ±1.5%, far exceeding the requirements of the ISO 6789 standard.

2. Demonstration of intelligent torque system

The R&D center demonstrated the IoT function of the TYDBEW electric torque wrench system on site: by transmitting bolt pre-tightening force data in real-time via 5G to the cloud analysis platform, an installation quality report can be automatically generated.

3. Special discussion on explosion-proof plan

In response to the explosion-proof requirements for downhole operations in oil manifolds, both parties have discussed a joint development plan for an electric explosion-proof hydraulic pump station, with mass production expected to commence in 2026.
